Domaine Jean Collet et Fils

Stainton Wines are thrilled to add the wines of Domaine Jean Collet et Fils to our Chablis portfolio.

Domaine Jean Collet own around 40 hectares which they farm mainly organically, and the rest is in organic conversion.

The Collet family are great friends of Christian and Fabien Moreau whom we also feature in our Chablis selection

Romain Collet represents the new generation in charge of the Domaine.

As with many traditional family run vineyards in France, this latest generation have been more likely to travel and work abroad before settling into the family business. This, of course, helps with modernisation and new ideas, all helping to improve on what already is magnificent wine.
