Fermented on wild yeasts, this dense and full flavoured Spanish white wine has a rich character with good structure and length.

From organic Verdejo vines at cool high altitiudes, the grapes are harvested at night in mid-September to preserve their freshness.

Beautifully balanced with lots of white stone fruit notes and smoothly dry, Bodegas Piqueras Wild Fermented Verdejo is complex with an intense nose of exotic fruit and just a subtle touch of wood.

Bright and golden to the eye, this elegant organic white is quite unctuous, elegant on the palate with very good natural acidity. A lovely organic white wine to enjoy with appetizers, oily fish and seafood, white meat and rice dishes.
