Terra d’Alter is situated in Southern Portugal. Hot dry summers and cold winters make the Alentejo region perfect for wine growing. Susana Esteban has taken over wine making duties from Peter Bright to excellent effect and is still the only woman to have won the title of “Winemaker of the year” for Portugal.

Super red wine with a deep colour and ripe red fruit notes. Aged in barrel for 22 months, the wine is developed and voluptuous and shows remarkable balance. Blackberry overtones with supple oak hints and layered tannins give a rewarding wine of pedigree.
