When you taste Sweetheart Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc it makes you think that a lot of other winemakers are missing a trick. The natural acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc balances the sweetness perfectly, giving a balanced and harmonious wine.

If you want to be radical, you could sip as an aperitif or, more conventionally, it is superb with fruit based desserts.
