From an very good vintage and a single vineyard, the Quinta de Ervamoira. Crushed by foot and fermented for around five days prior to the fortification. It is racked, but not filtered, as it is bottled.
Deep in colour with intense aromas of raspberry and forest fruits, lively and robust with structured tannins and a firm long finish. An excellent post-dinner drink with rich cheeses or just to savour as a digestif.
