Cuvée Premium Rosé Cru Classe

Delicious and delicate, organic Cuvée Premium Rosé Cru Classe is made from the local Tibouren grape along with Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Rolle.

This is a beautifully fresh and balanced rosé. The clementine fruit is crunchy on the nose with intense freshness and great aromatic elegance in the blend of Grenache and Syrah. A wine of gluttony and pleasure, perhaps, whilst at the same time mineral, lively, complex and elegant.

Delightfully full flavoured with a distinctly dry finish. Thanks to harvesting the grapes at night, this cuvée benefits from a maceration at low temperature for a precious few hours.
