Organic Chardonnay from the Pfalz region of Germany. Stefan Meyer has worked around the World perfecting his knowledge and has produced this fine Chardonnay. Fermented and then aged in oak it has a deep colour with rich tropical fruit flavour that combine with subtle honeyed undertones and a generous vanilla wedge on the palate. Beautifully balanced wine showing lots of ripeness but tempered with crisp acidity and a vibrant finish.
