Rioja Joven is an organic Spanish red with intense aromas of forest fruits combined with slight mineral nuances.
Intensly tasty, full-bodied yet fresh and very smooth with the ripe fruit present until the very end, this organic rioja strikes a good balance between alcohol and acidity.
The Biurko Gorri winery is located in Bargota, a small village of great winemaking tradition that lies at the base of the Yoar Sierra (Sierra de Cantabria) at an altitude of 600 metres surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The philosophy at Biurko Gorri is based on the cultivation of its grape vines through traditional agricultural methods and modern technology, enabling the winery to produce quality wines whilst maintaining the characteristics of the local grape varieties.
